He’s so perfect. Reminds me of my little Guardian Angel who was adopted as an adult from a shelter. My Mojo rescued me and I thank God everyday, for leading me to him.

I love stories with a happy ending like this. I’ve been to the San Pedro shipping yard and I can see why they had a hard time capturing him.
“Houdini” just happens to be the name of the cat that owns us. He got that name because of his ability to walk through closed doors by dematerializing on one side and rematerializing on the other. Or so it would seem. I haven’t figured out how yet, but I suspect a Star Trek type Transporter device may be involved…

P.S. – His full name is “Hairy Houdini”, but that’s mostly used on the vet’s paperwork.

I’ve seen these “Hope for Paws” crew in action before. They’ve gone into some pretty rough areas to rescue strays from bad situations armed only with a leash and a couple of cheeseburgers. Good people.
