Glenn Beck appeared on the Samantha Bee (??) Show, a self-described liberal harpy, and declared that they have a common bond that unites them – their hatred of Trump.
He believes Trump is a fascist dictator, he’s going to attack America’s first amendment rights and Beck is willing to be bedfellows with anyone that shares this idea. On the show he traded watery-eyed, deep soul stares and lovingly embraced and celebrated their dual derangement awesomeness.
After all, how bad can an avowed lefty be as long as they can share good, quality Trump hatred time?
I am proud to say I called Glenn Beck an ahole wayyyyy before it was acceptable and fashionable to do so. I was not alone, however. Hippie Critic was all over this as well. First time he saw Beck he summed it up. Glenn Beck’s driving ideology is all about ——-> Glenn Beck.
He doesn’t show pictures of George Washington, he shows pictures of himself dressed as George Washington.
He doesn’t report on the oval office, he sits in a recreation of the oval office and pontificates.

Well, that just about finishes Beck with what’s left of his audience. If he spends any amount of time on Ms. Bee’s show it will start to finish her audience of snowflakes and basement dwellers as well. One thing to remember though is that no matter how far her ratings go they’ll keep the show on the air because the media has declared was on Trump and will stop at nothing to keep him from loosening their stranglehold on citizens opinions.
Beck is so far off the rails, he’ll never get back.

America is descending into madness. The stories it now tells are filled with cruelty, deceit, lies, and legitimate all manner of corruption and mayhem. The mainstream media spins stories that are largely racist, violent, and irresponsible —stories that celebrate power and demonize victims, all the while camouflaging its pedagogical influence under the cheap veneer of entertainment.
I liked the part when Glenn said, “I demand that people respect me, and I’ll debase myself until they take me seriously!”
She said what’s needed is a “broad coalition of non-partisan decency….all of us against Trumpism”.
What I saw of her is not decent behavior. She’s rude and crude, and that’s apparently her audience appeal. We’ve seen this a lot on the Left.
Beck peaked some years back with his annual Couple of the Year routine each day after Valentine’s Day. Still one of the most clever, edgy, and hilarious radio bits I ever heard.
As a longtime fan since his local New Haven days, I was willing to give him a pass for all the crazy crying and whatnot because he had a reservoir of goodwill with his audience. I might have even forgiven him for his Trump bashing, like I forgave Dennis Prager. But Prager was always reasoned in his thinking and in his trying to persuade his audience. (And he eventually came around – big time.)
Beck, on the other hand crossed the one line you do not cross. He accused his loyal audience of having bad motives and ignorance in regards to their support of Trump. You just don’t do that.
I’m happy Beck has made that special connection he needed so much. Now he has someone he can discuss each other’s vaginal care issues with.
Stumbled on to a TV show with this buffoon and a chalk board. It took 15 minutes of evaluation to figure out he had no idea of what he was talking about. He has been placed on the far left perimeter ever since. His announcement about being a lefty is little more than a comprehensive grasp of the obvious.
I suspect Beck will pivot to whatever will make him money.
Having burned his bridges attacking Trump and his supporters, I suspect he is looking for a niche with the batshit crazy people, and most of them are on the left of the political spectrum. It is an MSMBC business model where you cater to the bottom of the barrel because you can’t compete for the broader “mainstream” audience.
This is the guy who claimed Gingrich was a progressive because he sat on a couch next to Nancy Pelosi in a commercial.
Gingrich shouldn’t have done the commercial. But what is Beck doing on the couch next to Samantha Bee having a grand old time bonding over Trump hatred?
At least sit on a couch next to William Kristol and jerk each other off. Why go running to the progressives for comfort?

Beck will abandon conservatism and become a full blown liberal. He has seen that he can profit from this “conversion”. Since he needs the limelight, and the money, he will soon join MSNBC and tell “Tales from the Dark Side” to his new audience. He is repulsive.

It’s only a natural progression – milk one target audience dry and then move on to a new teet.
Recently heard him give an impassioned doom and gloom monologue about some progressive cultural disaster or another, and then in the same breath – THE SAME BREATH – proceeded to shill for Goldline as a hedge to economic collapse. He’s a shyster.
Remember all those televangelists back in the ’80s ? Some offered up some decent religion, many were charismatic loons that made their income via their exotic personality.
Glenn has lost his mind. I used enjoy his wackiness, not so much anymore.
I never jumped on the Beck bandwagon. As one becomes more irrelevant, the ego desperately grasps for a tether or a brass ring to grab in an effort to shoe-horn a last ditch attempt @ relevancy.

Glenn Beck is a narcissistic liberal who acted like a conservative to make money. if he were truly a conservative he would be thrilled over Trump and the conservative things he is planning on doing. Glenn is a conservative in name only and now he is acting like all the other snowflake liberals.
