“Heralding the News of a New King”

“Over two millennia ago, a new hope was born into the world, a Savior who would offer the promise of salvation to all mankind,” the message from RNC chair Reince Priebus and co-chair Sharon Day said. “Just as the three wise men did on that night, this Christmas heralds a time to celebrate the good news of a new King.” – Rience Priebus

The left went nuts, saying that Priebus is referring to Trump as the new king.

The Trump team responded-

The RNC Says Its Christmas Message About a ‘New King’ Referred to Jesus, Not Donald Trump

  1. If you listen carefully you can hear the sound of the Trump team flycasting and hooking yet another liberal wide mouth bottom feeder. Now the question: gut or release?

  2. why am I starting to get the feeling that Rinse PreRinse is starting to look like a bad pick
… & possibly a Party plant designed to throw a wrench in the gears of the Trump machine?

  3. Trump will let occasional Repub (and Democrat) suggestions into his Cabinet, but if they don’t work out by day 5 he’ll replace them on a dime. Trump IS the ultimate honey badger. He don’t take no shit. He don’t give a fuck.

  4. The left is so Godless, they don’t even understand the true meaning of Christmas. A Charlie Brown Christmas is way over their pointy little heads. What morons. All the shopping and traveling just in December ain’t about the pervert mohammed, a fat bellied budda, a festivus for the dense among us or a pagan thug ritual called kwanzaa, it’s about Jesus – King of kings and Lord of lords.

  5. “JUST AS the three wise men did on that night, THIS Christmas heralds a time to celebrate the good news of a NEW King.”

    A *new* King?

Sorry, not buying the walkback. He meant Trump.

  6. When I read the statement, being immersed in the Christian faith, I didn’t even think of Trump. When I saw the objections, all I could think was that the left don’t understand Christianity at all. Jesus is the King.
