Staten Island artist Scott LoBaido has a passion for The Stars and Stripes. He crossed the county in 2015 painting the iconic symbol of freedom on the side of a veteran’s post in each state. The Washington Free Beacon named LoBaido their Man of 2016.

Camera on TV mounted overhead in a bar. Wife of political candidate Michelle Obama is on the screen addressing a crowd in Madison, WI. She says “for the first time in my adult life I am really proud of my country.” The tavern quiets as the camera pulls out to show patrons looking up in silent shock with pained looks that the future first lady could say such a thing.
A man in clothes splattered with paint is holding his beer looking up at the television and says to the person standing next to him, “I’ve got to do something about that.” Cue the rousing theme music and away our lead character goes on a cross-country trek to paint the flag on buildings across the nation where it can be seen in all its glory.
Mooch Obummer: “All this for a damned flag?”
Scott LoBaido: “Damned right, biatch!”
