8. Six weeka ago while sitting in the podiatrist’s office with fractured metarsals, his cute young Phillipino nurse walks in and notices my Trump broach. She broke out in a big grin and told me she was in the U.S. A. for a number of years, but didn’t seek citizenship until she realized that she wanted to vote for Trump. Her M.D. DH became a citizen years earlier and was backing Trump. That kinda took away some of my foot pain. 🙂

21. joe6pak, just bringing it up for discussion sake. I’m not sold either way. When it comes to the entertainment industry, I have a jaded eye. I (don’t) trust, but verify, especially when it comes to giving my money to ‘entertainers.’ Maybe that’s why I haven’t been to a movie show in well over 10 years and won’t watch certain movies on TV. 😉

    Obama’s America.” Before that it was “Saving Private Ryan.” Not a big supporter of Hollywood.

    Annontony, didn’t see Obama’s America, it didn’t come to our little town. Last I went to see was, Open Range. Before that, Black Hawk Down, which completely depressed me. I walked out of the theatre and said, “thank you BJ Clinton.” Got some nods of agreement.

25. BigGun, not arguing here either. We would be wrong to accept on the surface what could ultimately be shown to be a publicity stunt. With that being said, she made a bigger splash than she expected to, I’m thinking. Also, anytime I can use a version of Hilary’s line of, “what difference does it make”, I’ll usually give it a try.
