Van Jones: Trump Navy SEAL Tribute ‘One Of The Most Extraordinary Moments’ In American Politics Ever

DailyCaller: Liberal CNN commentator Van Jones was blown away by President Trump’s tribute to slain Navy SEAL Ryan Owens and his widow during Trump’s address to Congress Tuesday night.

“He became President of the United States in that moment, period,” Jones said. “There are a lot of people who have a lot of reasons to be frustrated with him, to be fearful of him, to be mad at him. But that was one of the most extraordinary moments you have ever seen in American politics, period.

“And for people who have been hoping that he would become unifying, hoping that he might find some way to become presidential, they should be happy with that moment. For people who have been hoping that he would remain a divisive cartoon, which he often finds a way to do, they should begin to become a little bit worried tonight,” Jones added.

  1. This 9/11 truther Obama hack was in such aw of what an actual POTUS can be he just let those kind words come out.

What must have been going through his head had to be similar to a Frenchwoman circa July 44 being flirted with by an actual man who does not call her “Fraulein”; it just must be an overwhelming experience.

  2. Types like Van Jones are a constant danger to the Republic.
He’s the textbook definition of a “domestic enemy”.

His types conspire and ignite French/Russian/Cuban Revolutions.
They always die early in the power struggles, because their narrow talents are limited.
    But their damage is done.

  3. Well, that’s all fine and good but I’d like to see him walk back the “whitelash” hate speech he delivered on election night. Oh, and by the way, Jones, President Trump became President Trump on November 8th. Nice try.

  4. Complimenting your enemy and acting like you’re impressed with their character traits has got to be a strategy of the art or war, or rules for radicals.
Van Jones is a slick commie operative. It’s not necessary to let everyone know his plans to attempt to sabotage Mr. Trump’s presidency.
