American Bar Association Gives Neil Gorsuch Highest Possible Rating For SCOTUS

DC: The American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on the Federal Judiciary voted unanimously to rate Neil Gorsuch as “well qualified” to serve on the Supreme Court of the United States.

“Well qualified” is the best possible rating a Supreme Court nominee can receive from the ABA.

The ABA announced the vote Thursday in a letter to Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley and California Sen. Dianne Feinstein, the chairman and ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, respectively.

Grassley celebrated the letter on Twitter, saying Gorsuch is “well on his way to [the] Supreme Court.”

  1. Need to make sure President Trump is a two-termer, so he can drain the judicial swamp.

Clinton fired all the federal judges when he was elected. Why hasn’t DJT done the same??!??

  2. @Boehnerdict Ryan Arnold,
Didn’t he fire the Fed Attorneys?
I didn’t think he (President) could fire Fed Judges.
But I have been wrong, before …

    izlamo delenda est …

  3. Must have been wishful thinking on my part.

I have high expectations of swamp drainage, and I’m not feeling patient about trusting the RINO ‘leadership’ to change anything for the better – only President Trump.
