VIDEO: Parents brawl during graduation ceremony

DML: Students and their families were attending a graduation ceremony at Arlington High School in Memphis, Tennessee on Tuesday night when two women began duking it out over a saved seat.

As the argument escalated and the women began throwing punches, people in the Bellevue Baptist Church began whipping out their cell phones to get footage of the ensuing brawl, which took place as graduates walked down the aisles.

Several people can be seen trying to break up the fist fight, and at one point, a woman is knocked to the ground while the crowd cheers them on.

  1. I spend too much time every day writing or thinking, “Good lord, what is wrong with people nowadays?”

So, what the heck is wrong with people nowadays?!? Real Housewives of Dipsh*t America.

  2. Every year there is at least one, monkey see, monkey do.
When I attended my daughters HS graduation, SoCal:
“What the hell are they bringing pots and spoons for?”
    “You’ll see.”
    What ever happened to decorum?
Where is the trophy for that?

  3. Doesn’t surprise me.
I was the only one at my daughter’s university graduation wearing a suit and tie with a bouquet of flowers for her. There was a concession stand doling out chicken fingers and popcorn to the hoi polloi who were hooting after each name. Worse than the HS graduation 3 yrs ago.
Daughter deserves credit for wanting to skip the scene, but I insisted she should experience it. Contrasted for her what happened with how it should be done.
