  1. Those were the good ole days of TV. We didn’t know what a queer was until the 7th grade, and even then we didn’t know the extent of what queer meant. Those were innocent days, not any more! Now we know way too much and it’s sickening.

  2. Why would they be horrible? What’s so wrong with being queer? After all, it’s in the acronym LGBTQ…although the “Q”, by some, has been changed to “questioning”. But for now, the term queer is still acceptable in that community.

  3. Now that this idea is planted – I will skip the next Batman movie, just as I’ve never watched Brokeback Mountain. Marvel has already trashed many other super heroes. The Batman is next.

  4. Now that was funny. It’s mighty ironic that queer (and gay) both don’t mean what they used to mean anymore. They have become meaningless and useless words except to signify sexual orientation and to confuse people who don’t know better. Words mean things, people and the further the left confuses the language the more it destroys our culture. Which is why I watch virtually little or no TV anymore or patronize almost all movies with rare exceptions.

  5. Interesting how you can see the culture shift in Hollywood, from never mentioning the behavior yet insinuating it at every opportunity to cracking various jokes about homosexuality in jest that isn’t meant to be personally hurtful to now either promote the behavior at every turn or face the wrath of the perpetually offended and the media that thrives on the contrived controversy.

  6. Growing up in the 70’s was big fun, and this show was always a treat. Great memories: no helmets on your bike, riding in the back of the pickup, swimmin in the ‘crick’, rounding up the cows on my Honda 50. People today don’t know what fun is.
