I wanted to know where Andrew Ten was now. Andrew was the boy who Trump flew across the country on his private jet so he could seek medical help. Andrew passed away a decade after Trump’s rescue, but the president did help prolong the boy’s life for a very long time. This was a great deed.
But some seek to put a horrible spin on a story of hope for cynical political agenda driven reasons.
I came across two articles by sites that should be ashamed of themselves – Snopes and The Times of Israel.
Snopes says-
This is… a story Donald Trump might now want to distance himself from because in 2014 the sick boy’s father, Harold Ten, was charged by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of taking part in a scheme that “allowed a ring of brokers, investment advisers and their clients to profit from the deaths of terminally ill patients”:
What the hell does Trump have to do with that?
Trump helped the dying boy. How does what happened after that fact change Trump’s act? This is a despicable take by the execrable Snopes.
The Times of Israel says-
According to the SEC, Ten allegedly used his position as president of Bikur Cholim, a nonprofit providing hospitalized patients with kosher meals and free loans of medical equipment, to help Michael A. Horowitz, a Los-Angeles-based broker, identify, meet with and obtain personal information from terminally ill Jews.
Neither the Trump campaign, nor the Ten family, answered repeated requests for comment.
Why the hell would the Trump campaign need to comment on this? It’s a blatant attempt to try and make the sluggish tie Trump to an SEC violation.
Everyone that participated in the posts that framed this story in that ridiculous way should think about where their lives are and then drop the hell dead.

The irony is, Trump is ratings gold.
If the media covered him with even a pretense of objectivity, .Trump’s every move would be a constant ratings bonanza just as it was during the campaign.
This “President rescues baby condemned to die” story is golden. The media are missing it completely.

He jumps out onto the water and runs across it to rescue drowning boy.

Trump goes to the zoo. A guy in front of him gets pulled toward the fence by a lion. Trump pulls the guy back and saves his life. Next AM the headline: Trump steals African’s lunch.
All I know is that fecal pickle is this week’s favorite phrase. Good lord that is funny.
It doesn’t matter what the Main Stream Maggots say. The damage to their brand has
already been inflicted. All that is left is to savor their inevitable decline. The choice
for them to do now is to either adapt to a respectable standard of Journalism or
meet their demise by clawing over the ratings crumbs with their counterparts.
