Climate “Hockey Stick” Mann Won’t Turn Data Over To Court

As a condition for adjourning one of the many libel cases Pennsylvania State University’s own Michael Mann is pursuing against the detractors of his infamous “hockey stick” climate model, he was ordered to turn over his data to the court. This was back in February and Dr. Mann has not complied with the order.

  9. This piece of excrement is trying to destroy the West with his findings and he won’t hand over the original data!!

    It is time to charge him with criminal fraud. The left is talking about charging those of us with capital crimes for not believing in this sham so add inciting murder the to fraud charges and tattoo “Fake science” to that bastard’s forehead.

  12. Why would he turn over data that will convict him of a crime?

    As he finds out there’s been no one keeping score

    That’s all he has. No character, no honor, no life.

  14. Mann’s data has to be around in a lot of places. Along with the computer programs used to plot and curve match the raw data.

    Because it was rigorously peer reviewed. Actually, I’ve been told (repeatedly) that 97% of climate scientists agree with his results. That means hundreds of copies of his data must exist.

    Right?

  17. @lowell, no not their raw data just the finished product. Very few if any of these climate hucksters have ever let their raw data slip out….like they said before “I’m not going to show my raw data because you’ll just try to disprove it”

  19. His sanction, in the civil lawsuits he’s filed, will be having the case dismissed if he ultimately does not turn over the data. It is called discovery abuse.
    Whether he pays defendants’ attorney fees and costs is a question for the judge.
    The defendants might also have their own civil lawsuit against him for wrongful prosecution.
    The answers depend on where the case was filed.

    He is a liar; his thesis is a lie.
    He knows it and must try to prevent the exposure of his lies.
    Anthropogenic Globaloney Warming is a figment of his fevered imagination and simply a way to extract money from rubes and taxpayers.
