I like hardwood floors
Carpeting holds too much dirt.
You and me both. Carpet is much harder to keep allergen-free. Tile works for me, too. I can get all the pets’ sheddings up quickly and more completely. I have all hardwood floors with tile in the kitchen.
The real hardwood flooring from 1951. Not the flimsy laminate stuff almost all of it is now days.
Trip and fall lawyers love it and are waiting like vultures.

That is really cool. After you had it in your house for a while it would look straight. Then when you left your house everything outside would look screwed-up.
All it needs is some glowing motorcycles.

Robot vacuum hardest hit
I miss carpeting, our new house is 95% hardwood. The other 5% is tile in the baths and garage entrance. The noise! The echoes! The dog nails! The piles of lint, hair and dust!
Matt Frewer and hanoverfist were just seen rolling around on that carpet, giggling like schoolgirls.
If I had a bar, that carpet would be on the floor, and I have no doubt it would be hilarious.
Built-in Field Sobriety Test.
This just goes to show you how space is curved. It must be the on the floor of a house an old hippie. “Far out man, lets get wasted just looking at the floor.” Someone’s been smoking too much dope to have a floor like this. All it needs is a lava lamp and some MC Escher drawings to complete the ambiance and maybe the Salvador Dali painting of a watch melting to complete the surrealism.
Wonder what it’s like to putt on it?
If every other block were colored white you’d have a great Vasareli effect there, even more discombobulated than just black.
