I got cookies in my p.o. box…

Now, before anyone gets the idea that I’m a dumpster and I will eat anything you throw at me, I know this reader/baker for about 8 years now, and I trusv ger impisidilyyyyyyyyy…zzzz….zzzz…..

Kidding.

These are Halloween cookies baked by Conservative Cowgirl, and they are delicious.

She has no idea I am posting this. But I just couldn’t not.

Look at the detail in these things!!! It’s just like every Dachshund skeleton I have ever seen.

I think she takes orders, but she draws the line at gay Dachshund wedding cakes.

I almost felt bad eating them… almost.

Send more.

  1. Maybe she’ll do hippopotamuses, elephants, rhinoceroses, blue whales, and sequoia trees. If a little dachshund cookie is that good, think how terrific a REALLY BIG cookie would be!

But that dachshund is unbelievably cute, CC! Very nicely done!

  2. Dachshunds are the best! Those cookies are awesome! However, I’ve been cheating lately with a black lab. The doxies are still on point, they ensure no furry pests come near, they even try to chase deer!

  3. Hey BFH, you might have started a contest that you will have second thoughts of. Everyone that thinks they can make a cookie is going to send some. Your Pickleball partners will see you gain 20 pounds and they will look for another partner.

  4. Big Fur Cookie Monster, you are too funny! I never expected a post about my cookies. 😂

Christmas is just around the corner…I do take orders. I am always baking and selling for fundraising for my son’s equestrian team. Those giant hayburners work hard and need their oats!

If anyone is interested, contact my cookie broker. Lol!

  5. BFH, you ever have a brisket or chuck roast or ribs or even jerky (cow, elk, deer, pig), pasture organic raised, cold smoked to absolute perfection? I’d send some, but you’d probably toss my meat before you eat my meat. It would come cryo sealed from a questionable kitchen with unwashed and unwatched children who may have or may have not taken part in the packing.

  6. My family had a Doxie-Beagle mix. She was red and had a beagle head and longish body, but her little stubby legs were so cute! She disappeared into the snow when she went out in winter to do her business.

    Best doggie ever!

  7. Yeah, at first they’re free. Then there’s a small charge “for expenses”. Then, when you’re really hooked, the price goes way UP.

Next thing you know, you’ve got a dachshund on your back…

    😉

How about a Michael Moore Santa-cookie? Now that would be a REALLY BIG cookie. And it would be the only way to bring any goodness to the name of MM.

I know what town CC lives in. 98% of the weed in California is grown there. Notice how chatty BFH is tonight. You bet your ass those cookies are going to get a lot more expensive. LOL.

  10. CC, It’ really cute. Wish I still baked.

The only thing I still do is pumpkin pies to take to wherever we are invited for Thanksgiving, cheesecakes for the grandkids, and poppyseed cakes for Christmas, and carrot cakes for SIL.

I even gave up on making the pierogis.

  11. Wow, that puppy is soooooo cute!!!!

I admit it, I’m a way better cook than baker, and I know I could never top those cookies (or bakies, as my son calls them). But I am locally famous for my pumpkin bread–always homemade, not from those Costco boxes.
