Seeing as “intent” is a purely mental attitude towards something, it cannot be proven (regardless of the lies and prevarications of the Law) and, as Comey stated in the case of HRC’s felonies and Treasons, no crime has been committed in its absence.
In other words: No one is guilty.
Let’s see if the same “logic” is applied to a non-Clinton.
