Annnd Chickenshit Herbert Slatery III, the Tennessee AG is once again among the missing.
I’m shocked Nevada’s on that list after the dems and rinos pulled some anti-gun bullshit in ’16.
Looks almost like the list of states that voted for DJT!
Hey, Congress, do your job and restore our gun rights!
Finally.
AG Sessions should be cheerleading this from his Bully Pulpit. And advocating for State AGs and Judges to support the 2A generally.
If we actually HAD an Attorney General.
Keep watching your milk cartons. Maybe there will be a sighting before he retires and claims his pension.
These AG’s get it. CCW’s are the first line of defense. Not knocking cops but there’s some very colorful sats available on CCW shoots vs LEO shoots. Some changes need to be made to the very punishing penal codes controlling CCW’s.
Lives would be saved. There’s a state, maybe Alabama, that proposed a two tier CCW. If you take the appropriate training you can carry ANY WHERE. I believe the proposed legislation gave those CCW’s more freedom when it came to actually pulling their weapon. Good idea.
National Deputization. Voluntary, heavily screened and rigorously trained, immunized from civil suits, with limited but real authority.
Modeled on the Auxiliary Police and FAS Armed Pilot examples.
It will come eventually despite liability concerns because it is cost-effective and by then it will be seen as the least unacceptable remaining option.
“A well regulated militia…”
FAA, not FAS.
Make the 2nd Amendment Legal Again!
Interesting read.

When seconds could mean life or death you need to have a gun on your person.
The State Police are at least 17 minutes away where I live. So my property is fenced and guard dogs are on duty 24/7. Along with CCTV cameras and security sensors. There is a private landing strip and helicopter landing area.
Bad Brad, I live in Arkansas, and here there has been a two tier law passed that allows for an “enhanced” conceal carry license. I am a conceal carry instructor, and so far none of us have been trained to teach this upper level. The Arkansas State Police have yet to develop the curriculum. Probably won’t be available until after the first of the year.
It allows for carry on college campuses, bars, churches (I think), but still restricts carry into courtrooms, police stations, and the like.

Thanks for clarifying. That makes sense actually. I imagine the training requirements will resemble POST weapons training. Which really isn’t much. This is a step in the right direction though. Please keep us posted on how it works out.
