A Consumer Financial Protection Board insider has sent a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions outlining how the agency falsified documents in order to fine same-day lender Ace Cash Express $10 million.

Cassandra Jackson states that she was “asked to change, remove, and otherwise falsify documents in connection with this investigation.” She was also told to find the firm in violation when in fact she had the documents demonstrating their compliance. More

  1. Democratic slush fund. But I do hate those Payday Loan places. Nothing but a bunch of Vultures. Wouldn’t be sad to see them go. Used to lend a co-worker cash when I found out he was going there.

  2. Since this is a Democrat Frankenstein Sessions just may authorize a detailed investigation. If the whistle blower is correct then Trump can use the findings to shut the entire department down. The upside is they may find money winding it’s way back to the Dems.

    SECEDE from Washington. Every agency is weaponized for political favoritism. They only way is to secede. They aren’t going to be un-corrupt any time soon.
