Am I crazy or is this presentation filled with flowery word salads that are meant to give academic gravitas to what I think is simply the professor hoping he can one day boink kids… legally?

Looks like he is a 33rd degree, professor of perversity. Can you imagine paying for your children’s education and finding out they are in one of his classes. Going back to the Jordan Peterson post, this stuff drives him nuts. I would pay to send my kids to one of his classes in a second. In fact I would go to one of his classes.
