The left cling to the inaccurate belief that “well regulated” somehow means ‘government regulation’. Sorry, what the word “regulated” actually means, at least in reference to the 2A is “well ARMED” or supplied. Why would the founders go to all the trouble to create this amendment, giving it #2 in importance, which is a warning to would-be government tyrants, only to have the same government “regulate” it? Preposterous!
