Rand Paul: “President Trump Needs to Declassify The Shenanigans”

CTH: Oh, heck yes.  This is exactly what we have been talking about.  In an interview with Neil Cavuto, Senator Rand Paul shares his opinion that President Trump should respond to the coordinated political attacks by FBI and DOJ operatives by declassifying the information underneath all their shenanigans.

Good advice.  Without interfering with the IG Horowitz and parallel Proseuctor John Huber approach, President Trump should immediately begin declassifying the documents surrounding the FISA abuse scandal.

Start by declassifying the 99-page opinion of FISA Court Presiding Judge, Rosemary Collyer.  Remove all the redactions and let us see who the FBI/DOJ officials were allowing to have access to the NSA database to conduct searches.  Then declassify the full FISA Title-1 surveillance application used by the FBI and DOJ against U.S. person Carter Page.

If these releases of information create a need for prosecution of the people, entities and former officials behind the documents, then so be it. These documents are unrelated to the issues of the FBI conduct review of IG Horowitz, and extend outside the DOJ. more here

  1. I’m sure President Trump and his administrators have their reasons for sitting on classified information, but holy shit, when is the time going to be right? Trump promised to shake things up, and he has. Revealing the deeds done in darkness (Luke 8:17) may result in a constitutional crisis beyond our wildest dreams, but that exposure may be key in preserving our Republic.

  2. So they’re floating a trial balloon of pardoning Scooter Libby, without granting political asylum to Julian Assange? Yeah. I can see an honest, and complete relaease coming from this.

  3. Ok, gang; if the deep state, the media, and the progressives continue to try and unseat the lawfully elected president of the United States, what is “the plan”, and where do I sign up?

  4. why should anything be classified from the citizens.

are professional politicians smarter and more trustworthy than the average citizen with the power to keep secrets from them ?

if releasing this information is dangerous then there is more at stake than just our republic.
