CTH: Interesting new developments in the growing story of the FBI and DOJ conducting a surveillance operation against candidate Trump in 2016, to include the use of an FBI and CIA informant.
Contrary to previous reporting, representative Peter King (R-NY) reveals that yesterday Devin Nunes and Trey Gowdy were not allowed to see the originating documents during their visit with the DOJ and FBI officials. Representative Trey Gowdy (U-DC) reluctantly admitted moments ago, the statement by Peter King was true.
The DOJ refused to allow Nunes & Gowdy access to the “EC” (electronic communication) document that initiated the FBI counterintelligence operation. Instead, Nunes and Gowdy were given an opaque description of the EC process; and told to come back next week if they wanted to talk more.
Additionally, Peter King reveals the DOJ and FBI are manipulating President Trump, and tricking him to believe declassifying information would endanger sources. more
wtf
Little Peter Kings a dick. I Pasadena on anything he says. He’s all over the map on his positions.
B.S.
You think King is a dick? Well, you shoulda heard Gowdy and his pal, Chaffetz, tonight. I nearly hurled a full glass of water at the tee vee!
I always thought there might be something not right about Chaffetz, but Gowdy takes the whole cake with his chest thumping, perry-wigged, gravity about “the law”. Hells bells! He can do the lawyerly razzle dazzle with the best of ’em. Just totally pissed me off.

There’s a reason Chaffetz and Gowdy are getting out. And Q will explain it to you.
The whole government is corrupt and needs a radical…adjustment.
So this informant has provided intel on terrorist, mobsters, drug kings and murderous gangs that the person needs to fear for his life? Or was the individual directed like a heat seeking missile at the Trump campaign to create a pretext for the FIS warrants? Does the DOJ / FBI believe the Trump campaign capable of violence against those who spied on them – you know like the Clinton criminal family?
My friend who said Trump is prolonging this to maximize sympathy as the underdog is looking more correct.
I don’t think ANYONE puts anything over on Trump. He’s too smart and I believe he’s too well informed. This is the man who tweeted as Hillary left the FBI interview that she wouldn’t be charged, in 2013 that Schneiderman was dirty and in 2016 that Obama wiretapped him. Trump is no one’s fool.
Trump is getting a groundswell of people who agree he’s being persecuted by a corrupt cabal. Being an underdog who, in spite of it all, has delivered massively for the American people is giving him long coattails for the midterm elections. Even CNN’s poll found 77% of Americans approve of what he’s doing in Korea. 77%!
Pence and Kelly have publicly called on Mueller to end the witch hunt – a signal it will end soon. Then the walls will come crashing down on the Democrats.
Trump knows he has to destroy the Democrat party. It’s too corrupt to reform. He won’t do it himself – instead, the evidence will incense the people who will demand its destruction and repudiate all it stood for.
Add brilliant director to Trump’s credits of builder, author, TV star and president. Truly a Renaissance man.
CTH, I see what you did there, “Gowdy (U-DC)”. That speaks volumes.
Trey Gowdy has wasted millions on congressional hearings that produced nothing. He proved that congressional committees have no teeth and no backbone. He is definitely a uniparty elitist.
I’m sorry about Gowdy, we thought he was a shark, turns out he’s a soft shell crab.
