Clinton investigation: IG Horowitz Found “Reasonable Grounds” For Criminal Prosecution and Referred to U.S. Attorney John Huber

CTH: Real Clear Investigations journalist Paul Sperry has noted that Inspector General Michael Horowitz found “reasonable grounds” for criminal prosecution and referred his findings to U.S. Attorney John Huber for possible criminal prosecution.

Hopefully, this does not come as a surprise to CTH readers.  Remember, the IG draft report has just been sent to the principals for review.  Generally speaking IG draft reviews take around two weeks.  The final IG report is on target for release by the end of May.

While the terms “reasonable grounds” and “criminal prosecution” gain additional emphasis against the draft submission, months ago it was transparently obvious OIG Michael Horowitz discovered criminal conduct and submitted his request.  AG Jeff Sessions informed everyone of U.S. Attorney John Huber in March.

If IG Horowitz did not discover reasonable evidence of criminal conduct there would not be a U.S. Attorney (Huber) paralleling his investigation since late last year.  U.S. Attorney John Huber was assigned to assist Horowitz at least eight months ago. It wasn’t until March of this year when AG Jeff Sessions, quietly made the acknowledgement.

The evidence of a U.S. Attorney working with Horowitz was initially evidenced when it became obvious that Lisa Page, Peter Strzok, James Baker and Bruce Ohr were cooperating with the investigation.   Each of these individuals is clearly outlined as engaging in conduct that exposed them to legal risk.  The IG cannot coordinate terms of cooperation surrounding unlawful conduct.  That was the first indication a U.S. attorney was assisting.  That indication was more than six months ago.  read more

Most of the Children will be nameless and forgotten as well, how incredible would it be to create a special Cemetary for these Children. Donald Trump Park in New York ? The Land is there and Trump just pays the taxes.

  4. I guess when Comey said that “No reasonable person would prosecute the case against Hillary” he should have included himself in that statement….

It should have sounded something like this…

“I have looked at the dozens of times that Hillary has blatantly committed several felonies and endangered and harmed the United States and it’s allies through disclosure of National Secrets she had agreed to safeguard. I have also noticed the score or more of high government officials who had working knowledge of Hillary’s extensive us of a private and unsecured e-mail server and did not report such a flagrant violation of rules and regulations that are meant to protect our Nation.

But since I know that Hillary will win the Presidency in November and she will undoubtedly investigate and fix any unintentional oversights that have inadvertently happened innocently and without criminal intent I am confident that NO prosecutor would ever prosecute any of the alleged and imagined oppsies that occurred.”

**”Especially after said prosecutor was able to read his/her own suicide note with the attached pictures and drawings that Hillary and obama so thoughtfully included.”

  5. If this thing picks up traction and nails her, I think she’ll kill herself before going to prison.

No other Presidential nominee has gone down so far so fast. From almost winning the Presidency to a felon. Her husband could sympathise with her predicament. What a beatdown.
