Kenya, Corruption By the “Smidgen”

Reports were breaking overnight of multiple arrests in a major crackdown at the Kenyan National Youth Service (NYS). Estimates vary from $78 million to upwards of $100 million missing from the entity that is suppose to,  “train young people in life and business skills.”

Reuters is stating that there have been 54 arrest, including the head of the agency, NYS accountants, even the chief auditor internal auditor for the national treasure.
