LOL!
Did you see the name of the guy that sent in the story? Harold “Harry” Kuntz. Fake name?
Dogs love their balls.
Harry Kuntz is a sports anchor for KOTV in Tulsa. No siblings named Mike, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Prissy, Titus, Lucy, Spanky, Precious, Patty, Luscious, Red, Charity, Royal, Ruby, Blondie or Slick.
Yet.
It is WRONG to name your kids like that.
Hey, if dogs can play poker, they can surely handle baseball.
Humor at it’s best.We need some comic relief.
What a good doggie!
Shepherd that obviously knows the “drop it” command.
Just like Sophie!

Dick Trickle. A real guy, that didn’t murder his parents. God only knows why.

I have two Yellow Labs living with me. I barbecue every night. Every night. It’s a freaken retriever zoo in my back yard, In the pool, out of the pool, throw the ball dad. I look forward to seeing them after a long day. Crazy freaken mutts.
One thing about yellow labs is that they won’t quit until you quit. Then they think they won.
Good dog! Should let him out in center field

My favorite dogs are Chesapeake Bay Retrievers. To serious for their own good. Actually the only real American Breed. Because of a ship wreck no less. Had a couple. One of them smiled like a human every night when I came home. Made my year, every night. Poor dog died early of cancer. That particular mutt made some EPIC retrieves. So did the first one. Hell on wheel dogs.
Great dog! My wife’s huge dog ( he’s a momma’s boy) loves to play Fungo with me. And “fungo” is the key word for him to find his ball and head outside for some fun.
My favorite dog was a Golden Retriever. Satch, he was one of the family. You could throw a rock into the creek with a hundred thousand rocks just like it, and he would search for that darn thing until he brings back the right one. We marked them so we know it was the one we threw.

I read an obituary a few years ago of a man named Dick Cocks. I believe he died of embarrassment.

Golden Retrievers have suffered the same fate they are trying to perpetrate on Labs. About 10 years ago at the duck club a new member show up with this skinny ass Golden. A very mellow mutt. Freaken hell on wheels retriever. According to this guy the original Golden was not a large dog. So I guess look for smaller Golden’s. He made a believer out of me.
Brad, There are two types of Labradors, I’ve been through this a thousand times around here. The European Labrador is short, stocky and has a huge head. They’re a lot mellower than their counterpart the American Labrador, which is taller, thinner, faster and has 2x the energy.
I’ve been through this over and over around here because my daughter is disappointed that we don’t have a big, fat, blockheaded Labrador. She doesn’t believe me, because the European bloodline Labradors are so prevalent. People don’t typically want a hyper Labrador, so the American Labradors are less common, likely why we got ours as a rescue puppy. She’s super willing to learn, quick and wants to work all of the time. Luckily I have a large wooded property, I let her run and explore a lot, so she’s fairly mellow while inside.
Anon: The Reds could use him, but they’re too cheap.
