  3. Cheh said she asked the Department of Health and the Department of General Services to intervene. Officials believed mulch dropping into the pad was causing the problem, so a strainer was installed, but the smell returned last Friday, according to parents.

    Perhaps the DC officials in charge attributed the bad smell to Trump supporters. You know, the POS’s.

  4. Sent BFH a photo I took just outside of the enclosure at the National Zoo – you know, just another tourist attraction.

    It was a warning about sewage in the river after rain, posted as policy.
