He’s stupid. Chief Justice John Marshall lived to be 79. He died in 1835 after being on the Supreme Court for 34 years, starting in 1801.

Wasn’t Benjamin Franklin in his upper 70s during the writing of the Constitution?

Thomas Jefferson was 83 when he died and John Adams was 90! Some of the men who signed the Declaration were young, like in their 20’s and 30’s and some in their 40’s and 50’s and others older.
