I’m afraid it’s much worse than this article would lead you to believe. Look at the laws they (Brown and Company) have passed in the last 4 years basically giving the criminal a get out of jail free card. They just signed legislation that would allow a convicted murder to claim he suffers from some mental issues, and get released. No clinical psychologist involved.
And on the opposite end of the spectrum, they continue to disarm the law biding citizen. Everyone that can carry in the state is is using 10 round mags. Including off duty LEO. The only people that are using normal mags are the criminals. Best of all, now they are trying to limit when LE can use deadly force. And advising them is Black Lives Matter. LE are threatening to walk off the job. If they pass this bull shit God help the ccw that is forced to use his weapon. It’s out of control. And none of this shit is ever put on a ballot. They just sign it into law.
There’s a simple solution to all of this.

It is very likely the murder of the black person by the white guy was racially motivated – the white guy was a prison parolee. Prisons are notoriously racially segregated with violent gangs grouped by race running things, vying for control and at war with each other. If the white murderer wasn’t a member of the Aryan Brotherhood, then he at least sought their protection.
The real story in this instance isn’t racism – it’s California’s loony policy of letting criminals go. On another day, the story might be about a black parolee who belonged to the Crips or Bloods gunning down a white person. This is prison life, and then we parole these people early and expect them to ignore what they learned in prison.
