Do illegal criminals even drink coffee? And if they do it wouldn’t be some foo foo coffee with a straw in it. I use straws when I buy coffee at the travel center in St. Regis, Mt. in the mornings on my way up to Kalispell (Mondays and Thursdays) mainly because it’s easier to drink that way. And I don’t see Montana banning straws anytime soon.
