They are neither. They are ANTIFA protestors (that look a bit weary, haggard and…) that were arrested for weapons possession. (But I’m sure they march for peace, and advocate for the removal of 2A and have guns taken away from law abiding citizens.)

It’s tough to tell these days if the people in the mugshots were robbing Berkeley to pay for their drug habit, or they work there. But one thing’s for sure, the professors side with the violent ANTIFA thugs. Some were outraged that their mugshots were published.

Others arrested look pretty much like they were born to be photographed for a mugshot.

Mugshots are regularly published by police departments and are readily available online, but Berkeley professors seem to want to have a special dispensation for ANTIFA rioters.

Not surprising. We have murderers and domestic terrorists who have gone on to be hired by radically progressive colleges and universities. (Kathy Boudin, Bernardine Dohrn and Bill Ayers come to mind, to name a few.)

These are their people.

    I wonder if the funds Soros/obama-the-community-DISorganizer paid this motley crew, are enough to pay for their defense.

  13. Those two younger mugs are probably thinking, “This isn’t so much fun anymore.” Felony (banned weapons) charges isn’t a good thing to have on your record. In fact having a record isn’t good to have, either.

    I didn’t read the whole link, but I read a similar story on this tonight and the Berkeley PD pushed back against the D mayor who told reporters they were going to look into stopping the practice of publishing arrest mug shots and details. The PD said that people who come to Berkeley with a commitment to do violence shouldn’t be allowed to do so under anonymity. I was confused by the “come to Berkeley” part, though, because at least some of the mugs are from Berkeley. It’s good to know the Berkeley PD understand their mission to protect and serve citizens against violent nut jobs. The Democrat mayor, not at all.

  18. UC has a long history of hiring racist and killers as Proof. Since Ive lived in SoCal most of the last 54 years I will name a white hating murder, who killed a white judge in his courtroom and was then hired by the University of California at LA to be a professor. UC took a lot of heat from the So Cal folk and transferred her to Santa Cruz. where she stayed for decades. Note on UCSC. they did not grade their students for decades! This Mario Savio wanna be is now Professor Emerita at UCSC!

    Cal and almost all its branched turned anti America in the very early 60’s. That they still hate America is sad, but govern girl at the top not news!

    NOte: I have an ex Jarhead cousin who is as conservative as I (if you can imagine 5 years older) who was a Professor t UCD – You can bet he kept his politics to himself when near the rice. Taght there for decades; voted for Ron many times QUIETLY. I thing he got his PHD at Cal 60 years ago – but who remembers?
