Moron threw his bike at one cop then ran, what did he expect with all the BS going on across the country with cops & perps?
He is lucky he did not get shot for assaulting the first cop but you can bet your bottom dollar that if he is a juvie he will skate with a hand slap while the cops will pay millions in damages and excessive force lawsuits.

The most disturbing theme in all of these videos is the reactions of the people around the scene. It’s a crime scene, someone is injured, it is still an active situation and these morons know nothing of the events yet they are disrespectful, hostile and potentially dangerous themselves. They’ve been taught not to respect authority and that the cops are wrong. That means any action can be justified in their minds.

Tox screen results will explain the kids overreaction. He couldn’t even pinpoint any injuries, towards the end, maybe his foot hurt? Oh, and he wanted his cuzin to accompany him. Who’d he think was transporting him, Uber? Yep, definitely smoking K2 or Spice.

When I was in college at LSU, the Baton Rouge police put 2×4’s on the front grill so they could run down the kids without harming the bumper. Absolute truth. Of course, we were rioting when they did that, but not over the Vietnam war, it was panty raids.
