She’s a vegan taco truck owner.
A food truck owner in Detroit, Michigan reportedly said she won’t serve police officers or other law enforcement officials because she, along with the “majority” of her customers, “do not feel safe around law enforcement agents.”
The owner of Rocky’s Road Brew, Rocky Coronado, wrote in a now-deleted Facebook post on Friday that she is “well within [her] rights to refuse service to law enforcement agents,” such as Immigration and Customs Enforcement and local police officers.
The truck owner detailed in a separate post that she turned away two officers on Friday who were “in a unmarked, black suburban with tinted windows both with bulletproof vests and badges.”
The officers, according to Coronado, circled back around with a third person after being told the food truck was closed, and asked why they weren’t served.
“Not feeling confrontational, I meekly told her that I don’t serve law enforcement,” the owner wrote.
An officer allegedly said she was with the Michigan Humane Society, and “quickly became belligerent.”
According to Coronado, one officer took photos of her and other customers, and the officers’ “false account of what happened” was posted online.
“Generally speaking, we have good relations in that neighborhood, but my officers tell me whenever they’ve been in that area investigating criminal matters, she’s been uncooperative and rude,” Craig said.
The Facebook post said that “because of the madness” and backlash the posts have received, Rocky’s Road Brew temporarily will be closed.
Vegan Taco Truck soon to be out of business. You’d think you’d be happy to have any customers with that menu.

Why not give law enforcement officers the same protection that the gays have been given? Then anytime one of these douchebag leftists tries to discriminate against one they’ll find themselves on the sharp end of a government charge of denying human rights to someone on the basis of their employment. While we’re noodling about here what if the cops happened to be gay and the owner knew it? Could she have still refused service without risking a lawsuit? Which trumps the foodtruck owners right to refuse service, being a cop or being gay.

What the police need to do is pick a date, publicize the date and when that day comes all LEO across the nation call in sick. No tickets, no responds to any calls, no investigations. Then this Taco vendor could have a true understanding of what is more scary- a world with the Po Po or a world without the Po Po.
On that note I would love to see the LE make a statement that if any athlete protests the National Anthem as of that moment no LE will respond to any call or event at that venue. After the National Anthem but before the first pitch or kick off a general announcement over the PA stating “To honor Mr. ________ concerns regarding police brutality the local LEOs have decided to make this venue a police brutality free zone. Any LEO that were here are now on their way home and no 911 calls coming from this venue will be answered. In short, if you feel the need to punch that Cheesehead Pakcer’s fan next to you- just because “why not”- remember this; there is absolutely ZERO chance of you being brutalized by the fuzz. May God be with you all for the next 3 hours give or take and may God have mercy on us all that there are no overtimes … Play Ball!
