Kavanaugh will become a martyr if his nomination goes down in flames due to the most recent B.S. allegation.
So many voters will go to the polls in droves come November, the rallying cry will be “Remember Kavanaugh”.

I agree, but only partially. They’re ready to ‘tell their story,’ but not under oath, with penalty of perjury. Thus far, everything has been unsubstantiated allegations. They can, and are, saying anything. And they’re speaking through their attorneys. They know what they are doing. So do I. Hopefully everyone else does, too.
So now feinstein, attempting to appear to be the great mediator that she isn’t, steps forward and suggests that Kavanaugh’s nomination just be suspended. Before sworn testimony from the accusers is obtained. Kavanaugh is the only person to have made any statements under oath, or directly for that matter. Suspending this process will let it slip quietly into the night, from where it will again appear. The accusers need to make sworn statements or be dismissed.
There is a travesty of justice taking place before our eyes.
