  3. If, God forbid, Kavanaugh goes down, Trump should immediately nominate Bill Clinton. He, of course, will not accept, but the exposure and rehash of past discretions, would be a good, jam it up their ass reminder, to those hypocritical dumbocrats.

  4. I actually watched Collins – although I don’t agree on her abortion stance or much of anything she stands for, it was a great speech and well structured to clearly support her yes vote.

  10. Although I am no fan of Susan Collins, her speech was well thought out and according to the principles of fairness that we generally hold as Americans. She said no particular guidance is given to the Senate and this is not a criminal trial, but basically she held the view that Dr. Ford’s account did not make sense. In my view she had a balanced approach. While I think this whole thing was a hideous hit job, it did highlight even further the criminals in our government. It is hard to believe but half of the Senate is totally given over to lawlessness and belong to a criminal gang called the Democrats who will do anything for power. They are brownshirts, they are Bosheviks, thy are totalitarians, and they will hurt us all if they and the criminally insane left is allowed to control anything.

  15. My only hesitation about her speech was when she said that she hoped that Kavanaugh would end the 5-4 rulings…which I took to mean she hope he’d side with RBG and Sotemayor occasionally.

  21. I got home to Collins giving her speech and I was like “yes!”

    Then I went outside and cut on the bushes. Came back in and she was still talking. Went to tell Mrs. Guevara. Talked for a while. Told her she just gave a speech and she was STILL talking.

    I’m glad she used the time to point out The Objective Truth. Not the imaginary, subjective “Her Truth” bullshit. Not that it mattered.

    The Objective Truth was never in dispute. Democrats could have just opposed him but instead they had to overreach in trying to destroy him and looked like they were having too much fun while doing it.

    Most will never know the full extent of the efforts to intimidate & threaten @SenatorCollins on the #Kavanaugh vote. I am not talking about political pressure or people screaming at her in an elevator. I am talking about vicious, vile & dangerous actions. She is legit.
