Western Journal: President Donald Trump’s Houston, Texas, rally in support of Sen. Ted Cruz had to be moved to a bigger venue after an overwhelming request for tickets.
Trump’s 2020 campaign manager, Brad Parscale tweeted on Thursday that the rally, which is scheduled for Monday, was moved from the 8,000-seat NRG Arena to the Toyota Center, which holds 19,000 people. MORE HERE

I’ve read that there is an effort under way by those on the left to get as many tickets as possible, then not show up, leaving the rally with many empty seats. Must be looking for bad optics, and the msm to sell that for them. I don’t know if this was just idle boasting, but there should be a ‘fast track’ method to move people through security, so those outside can come in and enjoy the rally.

They may see this as victory, but public discourse sees it as civil unrest from the left.

@Toby, We’ve been to 2 rallies. The only Lefties who show up in numbers are the loony toons who are bussed in at the end of the rally to chant inanities and hold signs. They would be too obvious in a line that waits 8+ hours to get into the arena. We’re all family by then.
I wasn’t suggesting that people on the left were trying to amass tickets in order to get in. They don’t have any intention of showing up at all- they want the seats to be empty. They want the appearance of low interest in Ted Cruz, so they can push bobbie o’rourke. That is why I mentioned that Trump should have a method to rapidly accept people, through security, into the rally, and those would be the people who, otherwise, would have listened outside. This probably isn’t the first time this has been done, but it is the first time that I have become aware of it.
Cruz and Hannity will be in my hometown tomorrow for a rally. I’ll be there. I pity the Antifa fool who messes with me.
