Sparks said he had to have surgery following the incident. He said he learned a valuable lesson.
“I was attacked with vengeance by an evil man, but you know what I learned? You know what God taught me through the whole thing? How wonderful Tucson is,” he said. “There were people who pulled him off, paramedics who stayed with me there is a police officer that protected me.”
Sparks said he was wanted to share his enthusiasm for “fantastic president.”
“I think that intolerance to his ideology was the flame,” Sparks said.
Sparks said he believed circumstances would have been different if he was holding an anti-Trump sign.
“The assailant had jumped onto my ankle from behind and so I, not knowing my ankle was broken into four pieces, I turned around to grab and take the hat back. My hands latched onto the hat,” Sparks told KVOA.
What a great attitude!
The only thing that would have made me smile more would have been if the people who pulled the assailant off Mr. Sparks had proceeded to give him a good stomping.
Yeah but the lesson not learned was there wasn’t anyone grabbing the scumbag and beating him until brain matter was squirting out of his nose. Oh well.
To me, the lesson to be learned here is that wearing or otherwise displaying any kind of pro-Trump material is likely to get you attacked or vandalized by some deranged Leftist dirtbag. Usually with no warning.
On the other hand, if I had a car or truck I wished to have destroyed so I could collect the insurance, I’d make sure I had a bunch of “Trump 2020” bumper stickers on it.

My little pamphleteer sign campaign against the left was always accompanied by my little friend. Just in case. Didn’t want to go there and didn’t have to. But I was prepared, just in case.

I think I’m going to get a bunch of Pro-Trump stickers and put them on cars, trucks, and businesses that I know to be anti- Trump. Yup, that’s what I’m going to do.

Step one: Stick a MAGA bumper sticker on your local antifa, or other lib-owned, vehicle.
Step two: Hang out nearby with a camera at the ready.
Step three: Record them damaging a fellow traveler itself or it’s vehicle for posterity and future enjoyment.
Step four: Share it so everyone can smile along with you.
They like doing dirty work so let them do it to themselves. Seems energy efficient, to me.
