Su Shi Scroll Expected To Fetch $50 Million Today

Christie’s Auction House in Hong Kong is looking for bids today on one of only two surviving works by Song Dynasty poet and artist Su Shi (1037-1101, A.D.).

Titled “Wood and Rock” the drawing of a withered tree next to an unusual rock is part of a longer scroll and is expected to be sold at upwards of $50 million. More

  4. My wife’s Vietnamese, and Chinese people think she’s Chinese, and Japanese people think she’s Japanese, and Pilipino people think she’s Filipino. Even Asians can’t tell each other apart. LOL!
