  1. I got into trouble, years ago, using the word niggardly in a business meeting — which does *not* have any racist meaning whatsoever. O.K. A Scandinavian beaner. LOL. The wifes an Irish beaner. She’s been doing all the landscape lately.

  4. you might hear an old timer in ‘olde’ New England say something is ‘just slick as a bean’ when things work out perfectly.

  5. Brad, You probably know more beaners that me, but the guys and gals I know, that have family’s and jobs are fine people. In 62 years I’ve cut enough grass, dug enough holes, and drank enough margaritas that I can get along with those guys. I think that we agree in the sense that a good guy, is a good guy, and a bad guy is shit. I can get along with good guys.

I’m kidding about cutting grass, digging holes, drinking margaritas, I’ve never seen any of those guys doing that.

  6. “Neener-neener-neener! We want The Beaner!” What the kids yelled at a high school basketball game if my brother wasn’t on the court. Of course that was about twenty years ago when our mascot was still an Indian.
We don’t get offended. We are grateful to be here.
I’m pretty sure the majority of my dads family, the Mexi side, voted Trump.

  7. I’m puzzled about what to call a person who has one parent from Niger and another parent from Nigeria.

    A Nig-Nig? or a Nig-Nig? a Double Nig?

What do you call an albino negro? A black? I don’t think so.

What do you call a guy who may have been born in Kenya, claims he was born in Hawaii, was brought up in Indonesia, and boasts of having a law degree from Harvard? A big fat Phoney.
