Its true if you look at someone they’ll look back. Try this when you’re a passenger in a car on the freeway. As cars pass you, stare at the driver. The driver will most of the time turn to his/her left to see who is staring at them. I do it not to act like a little kid, but to watch people’s reactions and try to figure out how people know they’re being stared at. It is still a mystery to me.
