Senator in the Top 10 Dumbest Politician List Blocks Bill Banning Infanticide For Babies Who Survive Abortions

Gee, who could it be?

Hank Johnson?

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez?

Maxine Waters?

Bob Menendez?

Nope…

DC-

Last Thursday, Senator Ben Sasse (R-NB) requested the unanimous consent vote after Virginia Democratic Gov. Ralph Northam, a pediatric neurologist, had made comments indicating he did not object to letting an infant die after its birth, indicating that a born-alive “infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired.” Sasse had already called for a unanimous consent vote to pass a resolution defending the Knights of Columbus in mid-January. That resolution was passed unanimously.

So who was the idiot?

Patty Murray.

  1. Shame on Ben Sasse for requesting it as a unanimous consent vote. He knew it would only take one opposing vote to knock it down. And with the Uniparty, the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. Or the one.* Patty jumped on the grenade and saved the rest of the party from having to do the same.

Next time, force ALL the Democrats to declare their bloodlust with a full vote.

    * My apologies to Shatner and Nimoy.

  2. Trump being President is still forcing everyone at every position and level to reveal exactly who and what they are.

Nothing is being hidden or disguised anymore, it’s all right out in the open in front of you.

  3. What do I win😀. Knew it was her as soon as I read “stupidest senator.” Surprised she didn’t make the top 2. Although, after the most recent election, there is a lot more competition.

  4. I agree, my Dad when he was president of the local gasoline dealers association once got to meet and introduce Henry Jackson at a meeting of the Wash. State Gasoline Dealers Association back in the late 70’s. He was one of the last honest Democrats, I may not have agreed with him on everything but he was a good man and a good US Senator.
