  5. Assuming this is the only charge against him, that there is not enough evidence to link him as the originator of the “hate” letter (I know, dumb shits like Smollett always eff up and leave evidence behind), for this offense only, what do you think the penalties should be?

    Looking for serious answers here, based only on the facts and not prejudice, bias, or retribution.

    First off, I’m tickled to death that charges were even filed. “Political” crimes like this, the perps always skate, I refer to the dozens of ANTIFA shitbags who have never had to answer for their crimes.

    I suspect a plea deal and that the judge will go easy on him, first offense, a minority who by din of the “intersectionality” deserves justice separate from that of a privileged white male, and an actor who obviously cracked under the incredible pressure these brave souls face every day.

    I think the judge should do just the opposite. The judges that sentenced Martha Stewart and Lindsey Lohan had it right, these prima donnas had all the advantages of wealth and notoriety, yet they could not muster a modicum of decency and proper good citizenship. The Chicago PD should give him a bill for every man hour they wasted on his bogus claim. The 3 year probation seems reasonable but it will mean nothing if he does not do some actual time behind bars. He must be inconvenienced in some fashion.

    I could even imagine hate crime legislation brought against him; what is more hateful then orchestrating a hate crime of this magnitude?

    You might think that peer pressure within the industry would sufficiently chasten him, haaaaahhhhh!!!! Hollywood has no shame, no honor. Some dopey SJW director will probably give him more acting parts because deep down he really is a victim.

    He should do at least one year in jail, one actual year, not a year sentence and out in 8 months for good behavior.

  12. His attorneys could have pled him guilty and cut a deal with the District Attorney. Legal fees: $35,000.

    Fight the charges, get a hung jury, retrial with a guilty verdict and then an appeal while they work on another plea deal. Legal fees: $275,000 to $350,000.

    This was old fashioned legal reasoning.

    What is worth something is that dramatic footage of his Fake News interview: “Why would I lie!? Who would make up such a thing?!”

    Yes, who? Someone as decadent as Bubba wagging his filthy finger avowing that he ‘did not have sexual relations’ (!!!), that’s who they are.

    And judge everyone you know by how they judge such horrible deceitful people. Victims? Disadvantaged? Like a varmint that tears into your coop to eat your chickens. Go ahead and tolerate that. Not me ever. Ever.

    yeah, what’s up with a police department explaining his motive? Rationalizing his actions, actually. Making it understandable and tolerable by the public. The NPC, TV glued public. And that is before he had made a statement to the police. I commend the CPD for finally arresting him, but this is not proper, and if Roger Stone can’t speak, for fear of ‘tainting the jury pool,’ what the hell is the effect of CPD’s statements?
    But it gets people off the trail of harris and her campaign.

  26. When will the complicit, Knee-Pad Media and those self-absorbed Hollywood actors and disingenuous Piece-Of-Shit Politicians turn themselves in??? Where are the charges for the true instigators of this stuff, because after all, if there was no fanatic, over-the-top publicity of this shit it would have never happened in the first place!! There’s plenty of blame to go around. Let’s make sure it gets shared properly!
