There’s a three million dollar windmill (of the crazy liberal minds) that stands still in the brisk winds every day at the VA hospital in St Cloud Mn. They gave up on fixing it years ago.

The cost of tear down is an issue. A lot of the early Power Purchase Agreements did not address it at all and landowners can be stuck with it.

Our county commissioners keep trying, thinking a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow exists.
There is no long term benefit.
