The Wake and Death Experience Hall, which aimed to stimulate people’s thoughts on life and death by setting up scenarios involving difficult decision they may have to make in real life, is experiencing its own death.
It “entertained” its last group of 10 players on Wednesday night.
In the three years since it opened, the pavilion has sent 7,024 people to a “crematory” for 444 yuan (US$66) per person. In Chinese, the word for the number 4, or si, sounds like the Chinese for death.

The idea of being put in a crematorium just burns me up.
I always feel sad for people who have no faith in God and Jesus. I have no fear of death and have dealt with many of the scenarios this article speaks about, because if you are deep into your faith you often consider what is moral in your decision making. And to me, moral is truly the way I understand what God means by right and wrong. There are few difficult questions when you trust God’s word.
Also, knowing that this life is transient, meaning it is here for now, and will be something new after we die, is most reassuring. It gives me the means to live without fear. Sadness, yes, occasionally. Anger, sometimes. Fear, hardly ever.

‘Elon Musk wants us to travel this way’,,,
Nods, what with cowards like Bozos and Richard bransone,
I have no problem with being dead. I am just not too keen on getting that way.
Ya know whut really burns my ass?
Why don’t they send away for samples of San Francisco street objects that they can lick. That’ll be a ride they’ll never forget.
WTF is wrong with these wacky chinks? $66.00 to “ride” through a simulated crematorium? I was put out paying $45/rider (up to 3 at a time) for the “Xtreme Skyflyer” at Kings Dominion……. but it really was thrilling!

I once worked with an old mortician who hated cremation – he always figured ‘why burn twice?’!!
