I’ve found that a sand wedge sends them nicely back into the neighbor’s yard from whence they came.
When my neighbors allowed their big dog to poop in my yard I simply collected it ALL and flung it onto their roof-top & into their truck beds.
if the flaming bag on the door step don’t work, try stuffing it in the downspouts.
