Connecticut: “Trump Radio” Takes A Toll On Gov. Ned Lamont

WDRC, whose webpage is “The Talk of Connecticut” has temporarily rebranded itself as “Trump Radio.” The marketing effort isn’t expect to last long, given the value of the Trump brand.

The Hartford Courant believes the station is attempting to lead a revolt against Democratic Governor Ned Lamont charging a toll on the major interstate highways that run through Connecticut. More

“Lamont’s plan includes posting no more than 50 tolling gantries across four major routes: interstates 95, 91, 84 and the Merritt Parkway. Some 40% of toll revenue would be collected from motorists who don’t live in Connecticut.” More

  1. W Virginia tolled I77, then doubled the price overnight in January! Now N Carolina is doing the same thing. This is a federally funded highway. Left unchallenged this shit is going to mushroom out of control!
