  1. With all their wisdom, the Founding Fathers never in their wildest imigination considered the desire to murder your unborn child would become a ‘thing’, much less at delivery.
There is NO Constitutional right for the Federal government to either support or deny.
Any State that passes any laws are within their rights to do so.
Quick question, what states/cities are people fleeing with their skills, money and presence?
California has descended into the Feudal system.

  2. Only the State retains the “right” to murder.
They cannot sub-let that “right” (arbitrarily) to citizens – whether the mothers of those murdered or otherwise.

If the “unalienable Rights” of “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness” as described in our Declaration are considered codified in our Constitution then these “Rights” extend to our children – the totalitarians’ efforts to dehumanize them, notwithstanding.

The simple, inescapable fact is that any – ANY – civilization which kills its own children CANNOT survive.
We have institutionalized mass murder of the innocents for 46 years – some 50 million children – not as great a mass murder as Mao, but greater than both Hitler and Stalin combined.

  3. The founding documents written to be in Harmony one with the other.
The exact opposite of life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, is death.
It appears the “Supreme Court” screwed the pooch on this one.
    Roe has to go!!!!

“Never heard that side of the explanation before. A ‘legal penumbra’? How ridiculous. People can twist themselves into all kinds of convoluted logic.”

…I don’t know, ask “Justice” Roberts, he did something similar with Obamacare for admittedly political reasons, so HE might be able to explain it…

  5. Abortion, homosexuality, health care expenses, public education, drug use/abuse, energy costs, pollution, prostitution and gambling ALL existed when the Constitution was written. But NONE of them are mentioned in the document which means ALL of them are very clearly 10th amendment issues and NONE of the federal government’s business.

  6. To me, it’s a conscience issue; leave me out of the equation. If you want infanticide, that’s between you & whatever you worship, if there is such a thing.
Institutionalizing it and making me culpable by using my tax dollars to murder babies is something else entirely, and I resent greatly being roped into being a party to an abomination
