Weird music video done in sequence and no CGI

All they did was take the final product, which was done in one take, and cut the frame in half and mirror it.

Here is the raw footage, behind the scenes.

Here is the finished product. The song is very weird, as well.

I admire the analog creativity.

  1. That’s downright great!

I really admire people with both the creativity and immagination to make stuff like this, I wouldn’t be able to come up with it in a million years.

  2. I watched the raw video then watch the final. I then had to watch the raw to put it in perspective.

I think they used similar contraptions to hold keep the head from moving back in the days of Daguerreotype portraits with their long exposures.

  3. I noticed in the final when he writes in the notepad, one is blue one is red. In the behind the scenes he writes in a single blue notepad.

How did they make the second notepad red without additional trickery?
