IJR:
Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) blasted freshman Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) and her squad as the kind of people who need to read the directions on a shampoo bottle.
A man of many words, Kennedy went after the squad during a Tuesday interview on Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight” when he was asked for his thoughts on the recent tweets from President Donald Trump that started a public spat between him and Democratic congresswomen.
As IJR News previously reported, the president published tweets on Sunday telling a group of progressive congresswomen — appearing to refer to Ocasio-Cortez, Reps. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.), Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.), and Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.) — to “go back” to their home countries and “fix” them.
Kennedy said he was reluctant to “contribute to this freak show” and that he did not believe Trump nor his “original tweet” was “racist,” adding that he believes the president made a “poor choice of words” with the tweets.
She probably gets the directions wrong.
Finally! A Kennedy we can support.
La Retardada is the reason they changed the shampoo directions. They used to say
Now they say
La RetarDORA.
I’d go a step further: They’re the reason we have directions on shampoo bottles, in twelve languages.
We Love our Senator John….
I have heard him speak before, I am amazed he criticized somebody else for a poor choice of words, I thought it was an excellent choice of words!!!
I contributed to his primary and election campaigns and i voted for him. I will do so again.
