President Donald Trump thanked several “progressive” Democratic congresswomen who he called out in a series of Twitter posts after a latest Rasmussen poll showed a four-point jump in his approval ratings.
“New Poll: The Rasmussen Poll, one of the most accurate in predicting the 2016 Election, has just announced that ‘Trump’ numbers have recently gone up by four points, to 50%,” Trump wrote in a Twitter post on July 17. “Thank you to the vicious young Socialist Congresswomen. America will never buy your act!”
These demons were conjured up by decades of nasty lies from Chuck and Nancy. Now they can’t figure out how to control them.
Everything the Democrats do, at the insistence of the vocally extreme minority of them, ends up working in favor of Trump because it shows what they are and where they want to go.
Trump knows this, I wish all the Republican Congressthings would recognize it too and quit trying to appease Democrats and get along with them.
It is very important for your choice to be clear.
For decades, Democrats ran away from the word socialist and expressed indignation and high dudgeon that anyone would sink our public discourse to call them what they are.
As such, recent events have been edifying in several ways. The first being that they have always lied about who they are. The second, they lie because they know how people would react. Thirdly, that their indignation is always fake.
The Daughters of the Islamic Bolshevik Revolution have forced the rest to expose who they truly are by their silence and support.
Here, Trump is splitting the squad by calling them all socialists, when two of them are islamists who are feigning socialism for squad solidarity. They need so badly for Trump to bring their religion into this, but the only religious connection he’s ever going to make is to their antisemitism.
The Palestinian and the Somali do not want to be up there taking slings and arrows for socialism, much of which is anathema to Islam. They would much prefer being center stage victims of Trump’s islamophobia. Trump deftly promoted Omar, without mentioning Islam, by telling her to go back to her country. Sure, he said they, but it was obvious who he meant.
And the result of the need to pop their Islam pimple is their stupid, hateful, overwrought BDS resolution which will do nothing but create more turmoil in the House. To paraphrase the sheriff in “Blazing Saddles”, Trump is so smart…and they’re sooooo dumb.
I have come to the revelation, Progs are incapable of learning, time after time they insist on touching the hot stove, forgetting the last time, it burned like hell.
Just like Socialism; “Maybe this try, it won’t be as bad, we just need to do it right, this time.”.
Trump is being generous calling them “young”. Only one is under 30 (barely) and two are over 40. Although all of them seem to have arrested development at 17. That must be what he meant.
I’ve been recently listening to the “Firing Line” (most of the broadcasts have been restored and archived by the Hoover Inst. and are on YT). This 1968 episode is “The Culture of the Left” with guest Malcom Muggeridge. In it, Muggeridge and Buckley talk about how it is that despite the fact that everything Liberals touch turns to crap (my words, but their sentiment), their ideology continues to be tolerated in the world. I think it is Muggeridge who says that it’s too bad people don’t realize that Liberalism isn’t seen for what it is and that it is just as bad as Nazism or Communism and, given that fact, it should be just as discredited.
