Universal Cancels Release of “The Hunted”

Breitbart

Universal has canceled the release of the film The Hunt, reportedly featuring liberal elites hunting and killing “deplorables” for sport. The decision comes after the mass shootings in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, and President Donald Trump calling “liberal Hollywood” racist and full of violence. “

While Universal Pictures had already paused the marketing campaign for The Hunt, after thoughtful consideration, the studio has decided to cancel our plans to release the film,” the studio said in a statement. “We stand by our filmmakers and will continue to distribute films in partnership with bold and visionary creators, like those associated with this satirical social thriller, but we understand that now is not the right time to release this film.” More

Maybe they should do a documentary on the making of this film and the marketing, call it “Revenge of the Deplorables.” – Dr. Tar

  1. Yeah right, they won’t release this film like Jeffrey Epstein wouldn’t suddenly go off the radar.

It will get released, just not now and it won’t be called The Hunt.

But maybe not. As they say, get woke, go broke.

  2. So a movie about progs killing Trump supporters is considered bold and visionary. Mind you this film’ delayed release was not done because of its disturbing premise but because the timing wasnt right. What a world

  3. It wasn’t the mass shootings it was pressure from the Liberals, the LGBTWhatever community, the Hollywood snakepit and others. They are and have been a significant political lobby group with mucho financial clout along with many, many blackmail records.

  4. How about this story?

A bunch of normies living out in Middle America are attending to their lives. Going to work. Some blue collar, some white collar. After work, they go to their kids’ softball games and the occasional neighborhood BBQ. Talk about the usual chit chat.

Then, they’re all sitting around watching a game and switching through the channels when they see a bunch of faggot liberals in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and the wannabes in Houston, Atlant, Cleveland, etc. cheering on masked trust fund babies attacking people while they’re eating their dinner, or in line at a Chik Fil A, blocking traffic and pulling people out of their cars.

They all look at each other. WTF is going on? They see interviews with liberal politicians who are “naming names”. Anybody who donated to a certain politician are now nazis. Anybody who belongs to a church that actually believes in a god is a nazi. They’re publishing addresses. Telling people to go attack them or drive them out of business. Attacking their kids on the internet and bullying them.

Suddenly, someone opens fire at the local box store seemingly targeting a bunch of white people but leaving a manifesto saying they hate Latinos but need to save the planet from evil corporations.

A collective *that sounds weird” falls across the room. Then, the same politician who was just a moment ago telling his liberals to attack conservatives announces that this “gun violence” can’t be tolerated so the government needs to begin house to house raids to search anyone who ever had a background check run on them to buy a firearm or had a parent who did and may have passed it on to them when they thankfully died. This is serious after all.

And then those people sitting around tv just trying to live their lives look around at each other and say “I think we need to do something about this”.

We know what coffee shops you hang out. Which 4 star Yelp reviewed local shitholes you prefer. Which late night vintage movie theater you go to. All these little habitues nestled in their safe little bubbles that have incubated their hatred of normal people.

Until the normal people strike back.

I’d pay $20 for that movie for 4k Ultra.

  5. Who in the hell are they trying to kid? The teaser I saw didn’t look like satire, it looked like a snuff film. There were a lot of ways the writers thought of to torture and kill people — and that was only about a 2 min. clip. One of the most disturbing 2 mins of film I’ve ever seen in my life.
