Don’t know if it’s true or not, but it sounds pretty accurate:. Back in the day when Joe Biden was a Senator, he was seated at a bar in Gander Airport, near Canada, when two large ladies came in and sat beside him. Joe listened to them for a while and then made his move:

There’s alot of money to be made on betting that ALL that comes out of his mouth is either a huge lie from the bragging dope, or worse, classified information that he reveals without any hesitation. He’s done that many many times.
