Kids that don’t want to be in school, should be kicked out. Houston ISD has alternative schools which houses violent kids. It is locked down with on site cops. Very expensive to operate (on a per student basis)as compared to other schools, even the high aceiving magnet programs).
Most teachers are socialist leaning women.

Give vouchers to any parent whose kid can pass the NCLB tests for his grade. The average cost per kid is above 10k$ per year.
Imagine that money going into moms pocket instead of educrats, and moms raising families instead of welfare. Undercut big money conveyors supporting (D)irtbag politicians, huge welfare savings and get the moms away from their own bureaucratic jobs.
